These terms apply to anyone enrolling in a course offered by Global Medical Academy through this website. By submitting an enrollment application, you agree to the terms below.
Our certificate and diploma courses are open to medical graduates holding an MBBS, BHMS, BAMS or BUMS qualification (or equivalent, at our discretion). We may request supporting documentation to verify eligibility before confirming your enrollment.
Global Medical Academy is an autonomous institute, registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, and affiliated with the Institute of Medical Science and Research, Mumbai. Our courses are intended for knowledge and skill development and are not formally accredited by a university or statutory medical council. It is your responsibility to confirm whether a given course meets any specific requirement you may have (professional, regulatory or otherwise) before enrolling.
Applications are submitted online through our enrollment form, along with a copy of your education document. Course fees are payable online only, by card, UPI or net banking. We do not accept fee payment by cash, cheque or bank transfer outside our official payment channels.
Course fees are non-refundable once paid, including in cases where you are unable to complete the course for personal reasons. Please make sure you can commit to the full course duration before enrolling.
Courses are delivered through live online lectures for the stated duration. We reserve the right to reschedule individual sessions where necessary, with reasonable notice.
Each course closes with an online multiple-choice examination. A minimum score of 50% is required to pass. If you miss or fail the exam, you are entitled to one free re-sit; further attempts are charged at ₹500 per subject. Diploma programs may include additional modular assessments with their own passing criteria, as described on the relevant course page.
On passing the closing examination and completing any outstanding paperwork, your certificate will be posted to the address on file. Please ensure your registered address is current and complete.
We expect all participants to engage with course materials and examinations honestly. Academic dishonesty, including exam misconduct, may result in disqualification from the course without refund.
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your enrollment governs your course.
