To review and process your enrollment application, including verifying eligibility.
To contact you about your application, course start dates, exam scheduling, and certificate delivery.

To maintain internal records of course enrollment and completion.

Uploaded documents

Education documents uploaded during enrollment are stored on our server in a location that is not directly accessible over the web, and are only viewable by authorised staff reviewing applications. Files are renamed on upload so the stored filename doesn't reveal your identity.

Data retention

We retain application and enrollment records for as long as necessary to administer your course, issue your certificate, and meet any applicable record-keeping obligations. You can request that we delete information that is no longer needed by contacting us using the details below.
